I’m an executive leader of customer-facing professional services organizations in SaaS companies. I excel in building and transforming professional services teams, establishing structure, and implementing “just enough” process.
The teams I build help customers to achieve fast value realization of leading-edge SaaS solutions, and sets up our customers for optimal usage and consumption of SaaS products. This is achieved through effectively directing the professional services organization’s strategic and tactical capabilities, and through strong collaboration with other teams, such as product engineering, sales and solution engineering, and customer success.
I successfully run multimillion-dollar diverse professional services practices, leading to high employee engagement and satisfaction, with frequent career development discussions, balanced capability management and strong work/life balance. The results of this approach have been outstanding, with positive growth or turnaround in key metrics such as customer satisfaction (resulting in reduced churn, increase in net $ retention rate and expansion), professional services revenue and margin, and employee retention rate.
Under my leadership, the professional services margin at M-Files and Automation Anywhere turned around from high negatives to more than 20% positive.
